3 Car Collision Leaves Yelm Man with Serious Injuries |

Thurston County - On January 27, 2011 at 3:34 pm, the Washington State Patrol (WSP) was advised of a three car rollover collision on Bald Hills Road at 128th Avenue.
A 1989 Ford pickup was stopped northbound on Bald Hills Road waiting to make a left turn onto 128th Avenue when he was struck from behind by a small passenger car, causing the pickup to spin out of control into the southbound lanes. The pickup struck a vehicle driving southbound, which caused it to rollover. The driver of the pickup was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center with serious injuries. Two juveniles riding in the pickup where also transported to St. Pete’s Hospital with minor injuries.
The causing driver was cited for Negligent Driving in the second degree.
